Art Clay Silver 950 Silver Clay 50 Gram ACS ( A-0297)

The clay consists of 90% silver and copper alloy powder and 10% is binder and water. The shrinkage is about 11-13%. The purity after firing is 950 silver. Forming and drying is the same as you are used to with the regular Art Clay Silver clay. The clay is high-quality, ready-to-use clay so you can start immediately after opening the package! Another nice feature is that you don’t need activated carbon to bake off. In short; no extra preparations are needed! The clay is available in packs of 25 and 50grams.

Caution! Baking can only be done in a special oven. Baked Art Clay Silver 950 has a higher surface and bending strength compared to the regular Art Clay Silver clay, it is about 60% stronger*. Because of its hardness, it is suitable for more design possibilities and its durability make it particularly suitable for works that are thinner, narrower or open (like a ring or cufflink). Because the silver is more resistant to scratching, it is a suitable product for professional artists who give or sell their work as gifts.
