Usage:

• Have your cord knotted ready. At the end, make a few knots on top of each other for an extra-thick knot that will still fit easily into the wrapping ball.
• Put some 2 component epoxy glue into the ball
• Smoothly push the knot of your cord into the glue ball while the glue is still soft.
• Allow the glue to harden. Quickly remove excess adhesive before it cures

Can, of course, also be used with traditional shellac.
